[3.1] JUGGERNAUT/BERSERKER 1H+Shield Max Block&Spell Block Tank, Atziri Killer+a BoR version

Hello,

Just a heads up to say this build kicks some serious ass.

I have been able to kill map bosses I've never been even close to. (such as Dominius and Tunneltrap who used to os me even on my tankiest build)

The 6L set up even allows to have IIR/IIQ for maximum drop -_-

Thanks !

Hello,

Firstly thank you for this detailed guide! I'm just starting POE and wanted to try a hardcore tanky build. (I've been playing this genre of game for many years). I was hoping you could give me some further leveling guidance as to how to level this build more efficiently?

1.Are there certain passives I should consider during leveling and then reset at later levels? I read that mana could be an issue.

2. Aside from rushing RT. Are talents like Bloodless really helpful in some parts were harder mobs could leech faster than you can dps them down? Once I match the 29 point tree I was thinking of prioritizing Tireless and Blunt Instrument as mana being an issue and Blunt Instrument seems like a strong boost for just a few point investment.

3. Would you hold off on mace specific talents during leveling as I could find better weapons that aren't maces?

3. After that should Art of the Gladiator be rushed or should I go for Bloodless first?

4. I notice Unwavering stance isn't picked up until late when/where should I invest into that? Are there certain items or stat requirements needed before taking that?

5. I'm really bad about full clearing everything is there a certain path I should take to level effectively using this build? like rush to this place farm this place etc? I know this might not be build related just if you know and could tell me that'd be awesome.

Sorry if these questions sound really noobish I only have but a few hours into the game so far. If there are any resources people can guide me to that'd be much appreciated as well. Thanks!

1. Life and DPS nodes are most important for leveling.

2. You take Bloodless for life, that's why it's a good node. If you have mana problems while leveling, go for Mana Flows below duelist. Once you start using Warlord's Mark, you can spec out of it.

3. Absolutely, go for generic DPS nodes so you can use the best physical damage weapon you find.

4. All you need is high enough armour, since every hit WILL be a hit when you spec into Unwavering. You want to make sure those hits don't hurt.

5. Farm: ledge in act 1; docks in act 3; dried lake in act 4 (the best farming zone in the game atm).

Hellow ComradeSerge,

I would like to know how is the full distribution of the passive skill tree, because I only see the first 79 points.

Also I would like to know the Ascendancy distribution points, I dont that in the guide. I am referring to the exact points.

This guide's build is so good, congratulations.

Thanks for all.

@Jorick

If you take Unrelenting + Unstoppable you spent exactly 6 points and there is only one path.

The passive three posted is pretty high level (100+ points)

The main passive tree posted in the first post has 113 points allocated + the ascendancy points. Click on the arrow at the marauder starting circle to show the ascendancy class.

Isn't the Duelist Gladiator version of this build better than this one?
It opens up Amulet+Boots, which means bonus life+armor+some other stuff.
I'm probably wrong but if my assumptions are true Duelist in Ascendancy is much better for this build than the Marauder Juggernaut one.
PS: I know that you have a version for the Duelist as well. Just asking for your opinion on which class+ascendancy you think is better for this great build.

Hey Serg and other contributors. I'm absolutely loving this build with Sunder. Just got through with Cruel Brutus last night and am making quick progress thanks to you.
I never played Rampage league. I'm wondering if the new Wyrmsign gloves are worth it, since getting max endurance charges is incredibly easy (I'm using charge on stun reckoning and blasphemy warlords.)
Have any of you tried this yourselves? Is permanent rampage worth having gloves with no resists?

It has already been asked a few pages back. There is no correct answer, as the two versions of the build are now rly quite different builds because their playstyles differ a lot more.

I personally prefer Gladiator, but Juggernaut also has its unique advantages.
