P.S. I don't know what i do but i have 53% chance to block attacks , with stone of lazhwar , aegis aurora soul take ... i don't have all points from passive tree i have only lvl 72 | |

53% is actually quite good, I didn't thought it would end up that high.

Sorry it's 52% and with tempest shield 56%

It seems there is a lot less dex nodes in the new tree/build. Has anyone else had a problem?

It's an ok dps item, but i wouldn't recommend it.
