Templar at level 24 once you get Searing Bond. (For obvious reasons, don't allocate Ancestral Bond until you have Searing Bond) After that, you go for this: http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgUABVuLjOFz7SBG113G3fNgbbUE5CIpT4Kb7DgaOKeEkFXAGlnzrKoqE8MTLKej8nKp9zL460rEeGn2rg== The damage you have for Searing Bond by this point is enough to carry in Docks. You don't need Holy Fire, really. The 21% faster casting as well as damage mitigation for totems is very helpful. Depending on the rest of the race, you may decide to go for Holy Fire now, or just get damage wherever you can. As far as I can see this is the most optimal method for a Templar at this time, Searing Bond can get 1.2+ splits if you play it right.
