For me, that's the best rare item from act boss ever. I was fulfilling a prophecy for golden elementals, so merveil kill was a nice bonus. That beauty was almost accidnetally sold to vendor as trash... Didn't expect something valuable from act 1 merciless boss :D

to me prophecy quests feel like running errands and not rewarding enough so thats definitely a nice compensation

Got a Kaoms Hearth from Unique Strongbox. Traded it for 2ex and 120c. Been going thru Chaos to outfit my witch for endgame. So great find considering I just came back and found it so early in the league. Will help me gear up an farm
