off-topic but, divines dont work like that, that item is stuck with that tier of rolls (6% to 11%), so with a divine the highest those resists could get is 11%.. obviously not worth it.

Ah whoops, yeah my bad on the Divine, you're totally right! So Regal recipe it is then.

These are interesting - look at the armor. 7. 7 everywhere. You can extract another 2 "sevens" from 14% armor, and 62 "sevens" from 434! Too bad armor is not +7 (but then again, 434 would not divide by 7... hmmm), and lightning res is not +21 : ( But still, many sevens!
AND ITS NAME. IT IS SCARY!

And then, there is the ring! :O +14 Evasion. 7 fire, 7 cold.
