They say on the video that you have to download .build file and put it to the proper folder. You can do the same with filters but on the PC only.
It works different on the console. You can only subscribe to filters on poe page or connect filterblade with poe account.
Will ggg allow any build guides site to connect to poe account for sync reasons?

I don't really know, we will see when the update comes out. I guess that they will do the same as Poe Ninja linking account..
