How many Gigabytes is the update? Is it more than 20GB?

For the Pre download when will the steam version be available? I'm worried about the size of the update vs my slow internet speed and being late to league start.

Also 100% this. Whats funny is that I usually just buy a game and never put more money into it (other than must have expansions). So, how would flicker strike works with new "call the boys" ascendancy of martial artist?
