I am not 100% sure for PS5 players, but those "claimed item doesnt appear ingame" happens often on PC also.

Solution:

go to
www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections

At the bottom is Twitch. Press REMOVE. Press CONNECT.

Ingame (POE 1) it is now, finally, instant avaiable. For the Red Queen’s Font Hideout Decoration go to DECORATION (the small triangle on your XP bar) and use the search. Type in something like Red Queen and u r done.

PC POE2 - claimed on Twitch, can't find in game. Removed and re-connected Twitch to account with no solution. Cycled through available wells and not there.

Had the same thing happen. I logged into PoE1 just in case and it was there. After that it showed up in PoE2.
