GGG PLEASE Fix This.

1. Transfer skin doesnt work anymore - i cannot add any skin that i like, i have to be lucky to find one that works, and ofc its an ugly one.
Before i could add any skin to any item as long as it is same base...now nothing works.

2. Eater and Exarch Implicits should NOT delete Gilded Fossil Implicit.
When you use either of them, the vendor implicit dissapears. Why ? they are different sources.

3. "Suffixes cannot be changed" needs to do exactly what it says. So if i have an item with 2 suffixes, and 1 suffix open, and the prefix "suffixes cannot be changed" and 2 open or 1 open prefix, it should be impossible to ADD a suffix, without deleting "suffixes cannot be changed"

ATM if u exalt an item with "suff cannot be changed" who has an open suffix, u can exalt the 3rd suffix, which evidently is bugged.

this isn't a bug.

adding a suffix is not changing the existing suffix's, the crafts only protect what is already there.

I have 2 suffixes. If the action CHANGES them to 3...then it breaks what the mod says.

I cannot argue with u when u say it does not change existing one, but u cannot argue with the fact that adding one more suffix, actually CHANGES the suffixes situation that i have.

The mod should be names "existing suffixes cannot be changed" and pressing alt should specify that it can add a new one.

its wording is fine, adding is not changing what exists.

just add multimod if you want to protect an empty suffix while crafting prefix's with anything that reforges(eldritch currency is the only thing that would be unneeded for)

Adding a suffix is literally changing what exists.

Not the biggest deal but I agree with OP. There should be some additional tool tips that clarify exactly what is protected, it should also specify if the protection will work with harvest, fossils, veiled orbs or other crafting mechanics. Whenever I do a craft I haven't done before I'll always simulate it on Craft of exile to make sure I'm not accidently modifying the item in a way I did not intend.

The default assumption is that using an Exalted Orb will randomly add a prefix or a suffix.

If you add the metamod "suffixes cannot be changed", then, well - suffixes cannot be changed. If you think an item with such a metamod has had its suffixes change unexpectedly while crafting, you should create a new thread here in the Bug Reports section clarifying 1) the name and tier of the affix prior to the change, and, 2) what name and tier were there post-change.

If your argument is that no suffixes were changed then... well - I would agree with you, but that does implicitly torpedo the argument that a suffix has been changed, which renders the discussion inert.

Either one or more suffixes have changed, or no suffixes have changed. You can't with a straight face attempt to argue that two mutually exclusive outcomes have happened simultaneously.

Ichor: "This replaces any existing implicit modifiers other than Searing Exarch implicit modifiers"
Ember: "This replaces any existing implicit modifiers other than Eater of Worlds implicit modifiers"
The "Valued more by Vendors" implicit isn't an Eater or Exarch implicit, so why shouldn't it be removed?

What's stopping you from adding the implicit AFTER rolling your eater/exarch implicits, instead of before?

This sounds like feedback on how the meta-crafting mod works, rather than the modifier being bugged.

It's hard to consider it a bug unless the behavior of the "cannot be changed" meta-mods was different from how it's been for the past 10 years.
