Pilfering still bugged, scrying still broken.

This patch nuked my build. No longer gaining new shrine auras, stuck in a 20 second window entering maps before my ascendancy node Harmony of purpose shrines aura generates. 30 second cooldown with no rotation cycle anymore. Also loss of maddening presence aura. This was a 80% nerf to the builds dps/mapping/survability and the ascendancy itself. Please help!!! FoulOathsDarkness
