Sao Paulo servers constant high ping instance dependent.

Same happens to me, by any chance everyone here is from Argentina and uses Personal are their ISP?

Yep, me.

The thing is that its been happening to Europe the last week too, its most likely a routing thing with Personal cause I have a friend thats been playing ok with 0 lag spikes but for some weird reason a lot of ppl from other countries have been experiencing lag spikes too.
FIX THIS SHIT PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I had this issue with SG server a while back and found out it was because my ISP was routing traffic the long way (in south asia, route was going to EU before getting back to SG). if you have some tech knowledge you can check the log and find the server IP when ping is high and do a traceroute on it. using a VPN fixed it for me (I used mudfish cuz cheap)

but does this still apply when some instances have normal ping and other don't?

also today the server directly disconnects me constantly, alongside the random spikes.

So I just tracert like 5 times to laggy instances and all look the same as regular ping ones,[Removed by Support]

This is why I will probably never support them ever again financially, why would I when the game that gave them everything is so clearly de-prioritized for a sequel that most people hate and that let's be honest will be the same as poe 1 in like 2 years, regardless of anyone's "vision" lmfao.

I'm more sad than annoyed at this point.
