Why there is no +Block Attack Damage mastery for int characters?

Only with staff there are a lot of attack blocking, not with shields.
And so what if shields have only base attack block? Be specific, cause we have base spell tempest shield, spell block mode on shields and spell block in tree as well, no need to express sophistical bullshit

I don't know what you mean by "so what." The base form of blocking is attack blocking, so you scale spell blocking from it. That's... just how it works in this game, my guy. You can't scale attack block from spell block which is based on attack block, that would be endlessly circular.

It's the same reason why there are passive nodes and items which give you energy shield based on your maximum life, but not the reverse.

it can be scaled if player would choosed only one mastery, ok? And es is hp, there is no convert of es to hp, but so what? Another sophistication, cause there is eldrich battery or mom abilities? I know about endless scalling of opposite conversions. Previously, in PoE, you could convert elemental damage multiple times, and Increment worked on each conversion, giving an op boost. And it don't exist so much with block as hp to es conversion, and i'm talking only about mastery, so it can be.

Yes, you can convert multiple times, but only in one direction. Absolutely nothing in the entire history of this game has ever worked the way you seem to think block should work.

I really don't get why you aren't grasping this concept, it's really not that difficult to understand why bidirectional scaling isn't a thing and will never be a thing.

Still continuing insane thoughts? I didn't mean that i want infinite scalling, shut this stupid idea about me, dude

Do you honestly not understand that bidirectional scaling creates an infinite loop?
there is no mastery (of any kind - it doesnt need to be a spell/attack block conversion) because ES is already f.. stacked with defensive stuff. you know, ES is a defense layer after all and ES recharge is an actual valid mechanic to keep you alive

if you, however, insist on getting block in that part of the tree:
a) get a shield with 70%+ increased block chance for a nice ~40% baseline chance to block
b) note that regular jewels can roll +3% attack block when holding a shield
c) cluster jewels.
- Megalomaniac for a nice combination of 3 related nodes (unimaginatively expensive)
- classic Small Clusters with i.e.: Enduring Ward or something else
d) annoint As The Mountain for 12%
e) various uniques, but I am not an expert here
f) expensive Impossible Escape to grab Marauder block nodes
g) Glancing Blows. you get ES on block anyway, and with high enough ES value you are still healing from getting hit.

it can be done, in fact I have done that many times and realised that ES recharge is a dead archetype because block is so easy to get for ES characters

you think this is expensive? well, tough
