It seems like its mostly a problem for people in Russia.

Looks like the queue server is on a node that's blocked in Russia. People in a similar Reddit thread say a VPN works.
I'm also getting 100% loss on one of the nodes. https://pastebin.com/3ArVenct

Ethernet in my house, and then optic fiber after that.

local packet loss and ping seems to happen because of a vpn service, i've disabled it, here's the new log

Just tested WARP, it fixed the issue for me but now i'm 61277 in queue...
