Path of Exile: Mirage Challenge Rewards

Not saying its artistically bad, but zero FOMO on this.
Would never use it, not my taste.

Would love to have more dark fantasy themed realistic opptions, not running around like a colorful peacock.

if Kiracs valuts is equally unappealing for me I will gladly skip the season and rather enjoy anther game in the meanwhile.

The rewards look pretty underwhelming to me… and yay, another armour set.

One thing I didn’t like about Settlers was that it gave no armour set at all, just a few effects. Why are we limited to only four cosmetics total? Why not mix it up with an armour set with additional other rewards?

It would also be great if 40/40 challenges rewarded something really special, like a new hideout. For players who come back every league and complete everything, that kind of long-term reward would feel much more meaningful.

And honestly, instead of doing Twitch Drops, those cosmetics could be added to the challenge reward pool. It would make completing challenges feel more rewarding for the people who are actually playing the league.

I've become a lot less interested in the seasonal challenges ever since they've been changed to be harder and require more to get rewarded. It used to feel like a normal person could aim to complete reasonable challenges and be rewarded for their time. Now it's like "Complete 1000 max tier end-game areas to complete one out of six challenges within this challenge to complete one challenge" has become the new normal and you expect everyone to complete all of them to earn basic cosmetics.

It used to be the challenges were an incentive to interact with new systems and try new content, with completion beyond 24 just about bragging rights and a totem pole. At some point along the way, I think you lost the plot about why the challenges exist. Hardcore whales and diehard players are gonna complete them all anyhow. They're an incentive to get and keep more casual players playing... and you've been failing that for a while now.

Short version: Stop making challenges harder and more time consuming while requiring more and more to get rewarded while also providing less and less rewards. You've forgotten why they exist in the first place.



100% this, can't do 36 new hard challenge while working and geting my own playstyle (i don't want to feel i have to use meta build to achieve this)

No pets, no back attachment,just armourset i won't see anyway cause we all use Supernova MTX that make us look like galaxies. meh.
Challenges are way too hard for the average player and are becoming less and less motivating. No footprints, no back attachments... just armor sets without any special effects. The last league with actually good rewards was Affliction, but even then, it was almost impossible for a newbie like me to even try them. Really disappointing, GGG.
as usually for me since years ,with a season i cant wait to get the new cosmetics unlocked. im glad its POE1 Time, again!
