Sorry for the delayed response. We've found a problem and deployed a fix.
For people who were affected by this problem before, can you please try to Migrate All using the league migration button on the character selection screen again?
This should move your currency exchange listings to Standard, where you can retrieve the listed items and clear those orders for future use.

The league migration button on the character selection screen looks like ">>". Phrecia characters are not required for this.
