I mean the majority agrees. I have played roughly 6k hours over the past 2 years and the difference between the ground loot now, compared to pre Affliction, is very noticeable. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, as I prefer the loot as it was pre Affliction league, but to deny that it has been nerfed is objectively wrong. Not only do the numbers reflect this, as there has been numerous hours poured into drop rates, but the overwhelming majority has given this feedback, not just streamers.

Progression is faster now because they give you high end gear for basically nothing and so many people like you have the mindset that since progression is faster the loot must be better. This is simply wrong and can be looked into yourself with a couple hours of research.

Overall it's a bad ideal to label everyone giving this feedback as copy pasting or not having their own opinion, as you are factually wrong.
