Most of the bottom points are good, but others are not very useful. To be honest, its average quality is even far worse than scavenger.
I think the most important thing you should learn from scavenger is we don't like the shape of this ascendancy. It forces us to choose one or two weak notables without any reason. We should be able to start with the direction which is closer to our favorite notables rather than only left, which also make its shape ugly.
