Kingsmarch / Tree is NOT IT

There are (at least) two sides of every argument and two things can be right at the same time.

Kingsmarch offers something different and semi-original, which adds to the game in a unique way. It also adds several ways of targeting certain items (for better or worse), which gives players more agency. And while I can feel sick of Kingsmarch from time to time, that is a "me problem".

That said; ground loot/the core drop pool needs to be improved. And it's hard to improve the core drop pool when "side mechanics" are this powerful. We end up with being power creeped beyond insanity if "side mechanics" and "ground loot" got entangled in a buff/balancing war.

I understand league mechanics being (too) strong. They are supposed to be; they are the main focus during the league. The key is what happens to those mechanics when/if they go core, as they go from being the main focus to becoming "just another mechanic". I do not envy GGG this balancing job.

When it comes to the Genesis tree? It goes without saying that a few nodes on the tree should be removed, especially the fracture one. It CANNOT enter the core game as is.

Kingsmarch? I think they should remove the ability to get mirror shards from shipments. Other than that, I think they made a decent job balancing it for the core game.

I still think we need a league that offers more influence over what DROPS in maps, improving ground loot. Sentinel was a blast, and that league did this to a certain degree. But I would still like to see what would happen if they added some of the Genesis tree power affecting ground loot, and not forcing us into "side mechanics".

The tree and Kalguur are great. Many players like to collect their somewhat decent loot there. Because these mechanics are so good and well designed, I suggest that GGG nerfs ground loot in 3.28 a little bit to make up for the difference, but leaves the tree and Kalguur as is.

Also, obv remove party Bonus for mf. Time to end those exploitative juicer shinnanegans. I think if we are all playing a Kalguran communist type of game where everybody is bottlenecked by their farmers and workers, the world of wraiclast would be a better place.

ok kappa, but if you change the trees and kalguur and buff groundloot again, make sure it can not be exploited by group farm mf. This part of the game is not what most people play, it looks horrible and it floods the market even worse than some tree that spits out mediocre crafting bases and early game rares, so people can skip picking up rares from the ground.

I certainly don't want to pick up and id rares after the campaign, unided chaos recipe for 1-2 hours in Heist then i am done with rares from the ground, tyvm

An unscalable buff to ground loot that cannot be exploited by juciers would be my suggestion, at least with significant diminishing returns. Party play mf is what ruins the economy, not some tree...

You kill monsters for both gold and breach blood.

Buff base loot instead. Keep Tree and Ships.
