But...flame dash *does* have a use limit, and flicker strike *does* cost charges to bypass its cooldown.

" Without agreeing with the sentiment of the OP, that is in fact what he seems to be trying to point out. He wants limitations on all movement skills as it is done for the ones he has highlighted. Can't sign off on this one though. Combat in PoE is paced too fast to put restrictions on the usability of all movement skills in the base game. If you really want that experience, ruthless exists for you. |

stick to poe 2, we don't want that nonsense on poe 1

Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.

Get that PoE2 rhetoric out of here m8.
Pointless to give triple-A game companies any sort of constructive criticism without getting put on probation (or banned). GGG's downfall is drawing near.

There would likely be more players in ruthless if it was made available for the events. Pretty hard to play it when it's not an option.
Personally I think the movement nerfs in ruthless are not really necessary, and it should be largely about scarcity. Though I see why they did it, as blinking out of any danger becomes one of the most powerful defenses. However, the game has been designed with movement skills, removing them makes things clunky beyond just adding difficulty. Last edited by Belegur85#5784 on Feb 14, 2026, 2:03:25 AM

How is it an abuse if it works as intended?
