I bought a belt effect and it's not showing up so I can select it.

Hello. I buy something every month, and today I bought some effects on sale. Everything I bought was there, except for the Violet Flare Character Effect. It shows up in the store as purchased, but it's not in my inventory so I can't select it.

Hi there, you should be able to equip the Violet Flare Character Effect via the Character effect slot of you microtransaction stash in-game.

I go to the microtransactions tab and it skips directly from armor to boots, when if the effect were present before the boots, it would be listed under belts. It doesn't appear there or in the inventory effects tab. https://ibb.co/Z6nn6Ng1 |

Thanks for the advice, I did that. I checked each tab in the microtransactions section and it's not there.
If the effect were available, it would appear under the belts tab, and that tab is missing. |

There you go, select it and choose to open it in a new window to view it.

at the bottom of the screenshot it shows the character effect tab but its cut off can you do a new screenshot with the mtx in that tab?
