ES cannot recharge full BUG

First, hiding my profile is my rights, no one has right to force me.

2nd, the bug is GGG's problem, not mine.

I just share that bugs, anyone can find me in the game and verify it.

I can change gears, change character, even not play this game, but the bugs still there.

This is not a bug. This is you misunderstanding the game and GGG wont fix a bug that isnt real.

If you want to prove otherwise you have to unhide your profile. Its your PoE account not your bank account. There is nothing in there worth hiding.

Nobody is attempting to force you to do anything.

People can only explain where you went wrong (or, hypothetically, verify your claims) if they're able to examine your character to understand why it behaves the way it does.

As I've said twice now: more than one million people play this game each month, the overwhelming majority of characters rely on Energy Shield as part of their defences, and you are the only one claiming that Energy Shield Recharge is not functioning as intended.

Please understand that the odds of this being an error on your part very significantly outweigh the odds of you being correct and everyone else having just failed to notice the bug.

Nobody wants to humiliate you; nobody wants to compel you to do something you are not comfortable doing; nobody is taking this personally and trying to claim Path of Exile could never have a bug. But QA prioritises the bugs that are most frequently reported, as they are the easiest to reproduce and fix. A single person making a grandiose claim and not offering any evidence will meet with little traction.

You owe fellow community members and Grinding Gear Games' paid staff nothing at all. But there's only so many hours in the day for them to investigate forum posts.

Should you change your mind, here is the link to unhide your character profile. It only lets people see your characters passive tree and gear, and nothing else. We can't see your stashes, what content you're farming, etc.

There's now 4 different bug report community members willing to help you out should you choose to unhide your profile. You can even get a response and then go back to that page to rehide your character. If not, you will most likely join the thousands of posts a month that go unanswered in this section as the % of posts that get a GGG response is far less than 1% (maybe higher if you include the repeat posts they fix but don't post in the threads).

Was curious and in the last 30 pages of bug reports, there was a single, non-website related, GGG post for something they were looking into, but it was some bug introduced post patch that broke all benches and reposted dozens of times. And since this one is leaning user error as Sarno stated, it most likely won't get a GGG response unfortunately.

One last stab at blindly fixing it.. you mentioned you don't have Ghost Dance, but I assume that includes Divine Shield as well. If armor value is below ES, does the same as evasion for ES with Ghost Dance. I also assume you don't have Shavronne's ring, Immortal Ambition, and this issue happens in hideout and not only in specific maps.

I'm not fully convinced that there is no bug, but there's certainly not enough there to make it clear.

This recent thread had a similar issue, though their issue appears to be directly related to taking damage.



On the other hand, with no screenshots or video, or character info, and a lack of reports from other users....it's hard to tell if this is human error, or something that's escaped notice because you're doing something unusual.

Screenshots can be uploaded to Steam, or to a site like Imgur, and linked here. Videos can be uploaded to Youtube. Other alternatives exist for anything you'd upload, and at least for the ones I mentioned, you can set the uploads' visibility to "Unlisted" so that people cannot view them without the link.

If you're fine with sharing your character but don't want to public your full profile, you could also load your character into PoB, export the build, and upload that code somewhere. You might be able to just post the full code here (though if you do, wrap it with spoiler tags--export codes are quite long), or you could upload it to a site like pastebin--where, in addition to posting it unlisted, you can also have the upload set to expire in a day and don't require an account.

with things like this its almost always Divine Shield(cannot recover to above armour) or Ghost Dance(cannot recover to above evasion) Keystones on passive tree, in cases of lag causing a desync its only visual and is recharging to full.
