Tectonic Slam of Catacylsm doesnt work with Generals Cry anymore

A clever way to bypass the removal of endurance charges was to go Generals Cry with the transfigured Tectonic Slam of Catacylsm. Now it seems to not scale with endurance charges at all. I can confirm Im having 7 endurance charges and tested it. The mirages have the same Aoe as me with 0 charges...

Pls fix. I saw that there was a bug fix regarding that. Seems like the fix caused a new issue

+1 to this, except I don't use general's cry.

Before the patch, my 7-endurance charge Tectonic Slam of Cataclysm would fill an entire screen. After the patch, the AoE looks the same both with and without endurance charges.

I run Windows with a RTX 4080 Super, a 3.6 GHz i7 9700K, 32 GB of RAM, and all the latest graphics drivers installed.

The fix of not consuming the charges shouldnt work like that only fix self cast.
Mirages should inherit the player's endurance charges and use them up, now instead they dont get the charges, they dont copy the player, they are completely useless this way.

I definitely think the bugfix they added is to blame here. Seems to affect both general's cry and TSoC in general. Hopefully a fix is on the way.

If it is intended then write it in the Patch Notes so ppl can calculate, that's how GGG did before.
I spend a week farming currency, hours over hours to build my PoB to get all the points, items, cluster jewels and jewels to reach my goal of DPS/Ehp just to come to the game after spending all my curreny i earned so far to realize GGG bricked a build.
No patch notes, even PoB calculates 'correctly'. Now i stand with my 11 endurance charge jugger that has 0 damage. What should i do? Since i wont RMT ever i can go back to RF and burn out in a week or so.
