Devs are so blindsided. can't even fix servers first damn it

Can play the game in Standard with zero issues.
As soon as I go into KotF league, same issue as others in here. Ping goes from 30ms to 13k+ and then game just crashes with no reason.

Anyone found a fix for this? still encountering it even after changing to other server.

Same thing happens to me — even when the shader bar stops being green, the network still fluctuates between 30 ms and 12 000 ms (yes, 12 000). It’s not my internet, because at the same time I test streaming or other games and they work fine with no lag. It’s only PoE, and it started a few days ago — the first 3 or 4 days of the campaign everything worked perfectly the whole time.
I’m running a 4080 and a 5800X3D with a Gen 4 SSD and about 200 GB free.

Trying to log in,my ping is 30k and rising :)

Ping is 25, entered searing exarch fight, it jumps to 20k. Its very random, on some maps its stable on others its just forced logout.

Same thing... The first two days after launch were no problem at all. Completed the entire campaign and the first few maps without any problem. Since the third day my ping just spikes at random times making the game unplayable. There are still times I can play without issue, the last few evenings I had no problems. Just logged in today and its unplayable again...

Edit: Just changed the server from Frankfurt(EU) to Milan(EU) before log in. So far I have no issues and can play normally again.

Latency of death is real ...

every league on eu server is like that, you have to hop between servers to find one that is stable. I always jump from Frankfurt to London, to Amsterdam, to Paris, To Milan and back to Frankfurt. If I get the 10k ms spike, immediate disconnect manually, switch server, go for a break and wait till hideout reset for new server.

Its giga annoying, its been like that for atleast 5 years now, created multiple threads about it. Noone cares at GGG.
