Ping spikes to 8000-10000 every 2-4 minutes, consistent for the past 12 hours

As someone who has experienced this consistently for the past 3 days, I just ran about 5 maps without any irregular ping spikes even doing a breach. I'm not saying it's guaranteed fixed, but if you were one of the affected players and have been taking a break, it might be worth logging in and seeing how it plays now. Praying it stays working.
I just saw that there was an hotfix regarding this but I still get insane latency on the Brazil realm

Same, Brazil Realm, the hotfix didnt change for me, its oscillating like crazy between 5ms-800ms most of the time and an occasional 10000ms, happens with 80% of maps and sometimes even in hideout, about 10% of the time.
Experiencing the same problem in Cali and Texas US realms. Here is the pastebin:

I've had this issue for over 2 leagues now. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesnt but every time I have thought it was a network issue on my end and have spent a lot of money trying to solve the issue. I bought and learned how to rewire ethernet cables, bought the tools, had Spectrum internet come out here to check, changing different settings, running cmd prompts, and finally I just bought a subscription to a vpn service because I saw some other people finding luck in that regard. None of it has worked for me. I just tried to run a map and it spiked me to 8k and climbing before it booted me off. I can run EVERY other game of mine perfectly fine. This shit is cancer.
I think it is solved for me. Today, I played about ten maps and every thing works fine. Thanks GGG.
Today, I had the weirdest laggy instance of my life. It wasn't just usual "ping goes to the moon" one. Instead, everything felt like I was trying to game on Pentium II:

What am I supposed to do if that happens to some instance that actually matters?
