Incredibly Slow Loading Time Into Towns

Same issue, multiple minutes to load into towns, specifically. Loading into my hideout and other zones is quick.

Are you guys using vulkan? I was on dx12 and switched to vulkan, had a couple of really long load screen and switched back to dx12 and they were fast again.
