Incredibly Slow Loading Time Into Towns

No where else is it slow but loading into any campaign town takes 20-30+ seconds usually.

It took me over 8 minutes to load into highgate. Every other patch towns are at most 10s

Same issue here, ended up crashing in act 7 and took about half an hour to get back into the game.

Same here. Updated Driver's cleared cache and did a pack check. Nothing fix so far

Cant load into towns quick. Drivers up to date, had zero issue 2 days ago

Same issue since the patch. - no problems in the week leading from 3.26 to 3.27 here.
20-30 seconds for town and other hideouts. 4-6 seconds for my hideout. Up to date drivers (Oct. 15th Nvidia) FRESH re-install attempted. Game installed on my SSD AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 3.70 GHz 3070 Ti |

I also notice longer than normal loading times

5-10 min load screens everywhere. before 3.27 it was seconds
|

+1 took me 3 days to get to level 60 because every instance takes 5 minutes. I use sdd aswell.
