Bump. Fix this already, this has been a reoccuring issue for several leagues (I had to drop Ancestors league because of it), and it reappears every now and then, for .... sake. Shader bar is full for no reason even if everything on my screen is present.

after checking all caches, drivers, various settings, power savings, game files I was convinced it can't be fixed,
but but I think I've found something and I wasn't paying attention - for some reason I was hearing HDD sound during PoE gaming, I thought it was some indexing or torrents uploads but it was my pagefile which were located on HDD, I moved it to SSD and it looks like it solved long loading for me, most I had was 7 seconds. hopefully solved, unless it's just too few people playing with too few MTX are present in cities. Still needs more testing. |

Update (disclosure, I am in a CPU limited scenario 6 core, i5 8400 (bought 2018):
Starting up POE1 on a cold machine for the first time ... closed POE after stuck in city hub loading screen for 3 minutes. Restart POE1, not stuck in loading screen. Still longing load time. Yesterday: Waited 3 minutes for the shaderbar not be green, after loading into one of the Eagon/Zana story boss fights. Cannot start the boss fight, because boss skill effects are not loaded in (cannot see the roses, cannot see the fire AOE, etc). Having the same issue since this morning.
