True, I just assumed it was probably a streamer because we're far less likely to know what a new card is if it was designed by someone who's not a streamer.

Really I just wanted to know who made it. Even if the answer was "some player you've never heard of, they came in 7th in xyz race event and got a card design reward".

I suppose it's also possible we *don't* actually know about the card, and that person was inferring from the name.

When I had my div card made, I updated the wiki to reflect it. I am not a streamer. Maybe others will do the same. Sometimes when div cards are made, there is a period where the creator also can't talk about the card until GGG clears it. But I believe this is only until the card is implemented, so for example with my div card for QOTF, I had to wait until the card was released, because in a sense there is an information advantage by not adhering or respecting the cards release.
