Asenaths can help in a pinch, of course if you're trying to do the degen farming strats that take ridiculous builds this wont help much. For the average player sticking asenaths on a half decent build helps a lot.
I don't like asenath's chant. It is a bugged item deletes loot from the ground randomly.

That's an old bug that was related to Animate Guardian that has been fixed, and you're talking about Asenath's Gentle Touch not Asenath's Chant

Rest assured they work as intended and do not prevent items from dropping. Been using them plenty. There were issues with them in Crucible but none after
