Ya'll might want to check up on whatever function pulls or receives data from Twitch and processes the accounts redeeming the new MTX pet. I like many others in this thread, claimed the pet in our Twitch drops inventory yesterday after the stream(s), but so far no sign of it in either game's MTX inventory.

Maybe a PM sent to accounts with pending Twitch drops or something of the like would be nice, just to know it will eventually be processed and not lost to the void. I suppose there are a lot bigger fish to fry though, but regardless thanks much for all the hard work!

Disable all scripts + adblocking and then relaunch the browser. That should do it.

Try loading that page. I've had that issue in the past and going to the account page solved it every time.

Same, i disabled every extension yet still didn't allow me to claim it, always got the "an error occurred"
