Best way to level from 98 to 99?

Roll your maps in batches ahead of time while you're awake and aware and focused just on that. That way it's harder to make mistakes and run one with deadly mods during an exp session.

Getting to 100 takes a long time and a lot of easy, boring maps, so even a little precaution like that saves time and stress.
