Hammer of Kamasa - Unobtainable

I've cleared the molten vault 2 times now on my character Flurrious, and I have not received the hammer of kamasa from the forgemaster in the molten vault. When he dies he just drops regular items. No green quest item. Is anyone else experiencing this.

Same thing happened for me, cleared it twice no hammer.

Same here, cleared it twice as well but no green quest item drop.

UPDATE: it's not a bug on my end, checked what the hammer unlocks and it's the reforging bench, aaand i'm on my alt so i already unlocked it

Yup, did the zone twice and...

I'm waiting for the hammer to fall.



Edit: To be clear, I cannot finish the quest, get the rewards, and remove the quest off my screen. I did finish this quest on an earlier character so I do have access to the reforging bench.

Same! Did it twice, the quest did asks you to
"Pick up the Hammer of Kamasa"
but there are no hammer to be seen

Same, Did it twice, no hammer. Note: my first time i killed him he die on the lava and when it cooled down i cloudn't pick up the loots too

I cleared it twice as well. No hammer dropped.

Exact same thing happening to me now, as some other commenter said, i have done it before on another character not sure if that's why. Though the quest still remains and i've killed him now 5 times.
