we better get mercenaries as core feature. But i think they should not be able to wear unique can be a good way to balance them and iron out extreme edge cases.

" Being that mercenary is also a class in POE 2, that mercenaries also fits into the POE lore overall, I am pretty confident mercenaries will go core. Maybe not immediately, maybe after the next 2 leagues it will migrate to standard, and I'm sure it will be nerfed/changed like all of the other leagues that have become part of the core game. ★ Forum Threads ★
