Sound bug

When playing on PS5 volcanic fissure warrior and having load of them on screen active sometime bugs my sound out when there is lots of mobs around and the sound that it makes is electric razor like screech and nothing else so I need to restart the game every time to fix the issue

Can confirm. Same issue is happening every 20 minutes or so. Only fix is to logout and open the home menu. It's really irritating.

I'm having this issue with my Witch and 7 Minions. After I've cast my piecing Essence Drain for a few seconds the almost 'bit crushing'-like sound issues start. The Abyssal always make it happen too.

I've decided to stop playing for now until there's a patch and I'll keep an eye on this thread for any updates.

Same. I'm playing LA Deadeye. I don't even know what causes it: rods or arrows, or something else. Happens randomly.

GGG please fix this ASAP. This is top priority, cause it's pure pain to play like this or restart the game every time.

Same here on PS5, sometimes it’s a skill that sets it off sometimes it’s a monster collision with me. But the sounds seem to crash into each other? Then only razor electric sound that is so off putting _
- that sound is attached to deadeye La skill as well as valuable drops.

On another note the sound drops when i near an abyss section. I know It’s there before I get there by the sounddrop off and certain boss creatures seem to cause heavy heavy frame drops (down to maybe 1-2 in the very worst case). I am assuming it’s the sound or problem again in a different vector causing massive issues but not crashing the game outright.

I have a Samsung tv and I tried to change some of the in game settings for sound as follows but it still happens. During the campaign was fine it’s happening more and more in later maps (7+):

Current sound settings
Channel count - medium
Audio mode speakers/ headphones
All volumes are between. 50-75%
Reverb disabled

Going over HDMI to to tv and Not over the E-arc port. HTH.

Only way to fix it is quit out and restart the game. It’s really taxing. Happened two maps in a row for me now.

same here on my ps5 with galvanic shards when my herald of lightning proc with a lot of mob the sound bug like a razor ultra loud. i need to restart my game to fix the problem.

Is there any solution? This is so boring!!

Had this happen repeatedly, me and a friend both running electric procs, he on lightning spear and me with electric themed merc. this happened at least once per map to one of us, most of the time both.
