stuck in act 4 [enter the excavation site]

after i kill the boss and try to enter the excavation site, i step on the platform after walking down the hallway where they show the weapon and beast on the wall, step on the plaform, and nothing happens. ive cleared this map 5 times. im actually progression locked

I could not enter the Excavation site since I decided to clear and died... And now I can't enter. Have restarted the game, redone the map, and get the boss death animation, but I still cannot enter.

Did you ever find a fix for this? I'm stuck in the same place, exactly the same issue

I am stuck here also died same time as boss respawned at checkpoint. now no boss and can't enter.

I defeated the boss and decided to clear the area and I died, now I am stuck at the excavation entrance as well.

Same here.died on boss.now boss has disappeared and can't progress the game

Same... nothing happen when I stepped on the platform. I reloaded to checkpoint no my campaihn is broken.

Same issue here, I died as the boss died, and it will not open the door, tried to reload to check point, see the boss die but nothing happens… cannot proceed STUCK. Wish someone would respond with a fix.

I had the same issue for a while but eventually after I reset the instance (Ctrl + Left click the waypoint for the excavation on the map) I was able to fight the boss again and after beating it the door opened and I was able to continue.
