Qimah Reservoir - Unable to enter

Unable to enter Qimah Reservoir. Have cleared the area and opened the door at the end by lowering the little pillar. But can't click on anything to enter the new area. Have cleared the entire area at least 3 times, and also reset the instance from 2 maps beforehand and ran from there while resetting the areas before entering. Have went to bed and woke up hours later, re logged in and was still in the same instance. The instance I was in (Qimah) hadn't closed for all those hours I was logged off and asleep. I have since recreated more instances and no longer have any old instances in my list. But still can't enter Qimah

For further info, whenever I do get back to the end of the "Qimah" area in a new instance, the pillar is in the ground and the door is open but nothing to click on to enter the "Qimah Reservoir"

Managed to fix by joining someones public party that was already in the Reservoir, and teleporting to them. I think you may only need to do this if it has bugged out while the quest state is in "Enter the Qimah Reservoir" but if it bugs out before this, a refresh of the instance may work

You first need to go to the Sel Khari Sanctuary, finish the area and then youll be able to summon someone to open this door for you

I got the same issue - No pillar or dude and no way to enter Qimah :(


as a hint I opened the door with the dude, afterwards I backtracked a bit and of course died during abyss. Maybe thats the reason.

i managed to go inside qimah reservoir by going back to the quimah waypoint and ctrl+click the reservoir to make a new instance (even tho i never entered the reservoir)

same issue here (posted in another thread). The plinth went down, I went back out and died and now the entrance wont let me through.

Thank you so much. I was also able to move on using this method. I teleported to them then ran back and made sure to pick up the waypoint. That map is now open to me and I was able to finish the interlude.

Same here, I backtracked to an abyss after summoning the guy. Can't progress.
