Cast on elemental ailment gains less energy on freeze than stated in the description

Freezing an unique enemy should grant 200 energy (10 times 20 power) multiplied by the %inc energy gain which is enough to trigger the spell. Instead freezing an unique enemy grants ~18% of maximum energy.
Same goes for packs of mobs, it takes somewhat 10 frozen white/blue monster packs to trigger the skill once.

Can confirm have the same bug,
Freeze seems to give only 1 instead of 10 Energy per Power.

Either fix the skill or fix the text, although the later would make the skill completely unplayable (as it currently is).

Agreed. The linked skill trigger once per multiple packs frozen.
Just discovered this myself. Completely ruined my build.

Can confirm, seems like it only gives 1 energy for freeze instead of 10.
The energy for ignites also seems to always give 1 energy, despite stating it should increase based on ailment threshold dealt, however that one is way harder to test.
