Early Access Announcements - The Third Edict Launch Twitch Drops and New Discord Quest - Forum

GGG is working on it. " Aug 30, 2025 1:50 AM (UTC) - There is an issue with the Chaos Orb Twitch campaign and it has temporarily been paused. If you should have been awarded a portal for gifting subscriptions you will retroactively receive them once the issue is fixed. Any subscriptions between now and the fix will also receive the Chaos Orb Badge when it is re-enabled. If you have any further issues please contact Twitch Support. Waiting for my "Clam Stash" and "Helmet Of The Abyssal". 18 hours since I claimed them on Twitch... I got all the other drops but those two seems lost i limbo. I contacted Twitch, and they answered quite fast. You can contact them here: https://help.twitch.tv/s/ I am french, and told me they cannot answer in french at the moment, so do not hesitate to contact them in english for a fast answer. Here is their response : " Hey Shudrum, Thank you for contacting Twitch Support.I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Drop. I understand how frustrating that can be, and I’ll do everything I can to help you resolve it. To remedy this, I have gone ahead and I manually activated the reward for you, so please make sure to check your notifications and your inventory on Twitch to claim your reward in time. If you are unsure on how to meet the campaign requirements in the future, I recommend reviewing our help article. The exact eligibility requirements for each Drops campaign can be found under the section “How to Earn the Drop” on the Drops & Rewards page. This page also includes a detailed guide on how to claim and redeem your reward. I hope this information helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.
