Where are the Greater Essences?

Its known the essences need a massive buff. The droprate is abysmal at best and your experience is the norm right now unfortunately. Hoping 0.3 buffs them a lot, as it's one of the only ways of "crafting" that exists.

Well, I mean that if you vaal everything, and do the right tablets, you can get decent currency out of this mechanic.

Because they do not drop often, you sell them for good amount of currency when they drop. And then use this currency.

But yes, I understand how you see crafting with them so expensive and not affordable for regular players, by no means.

But they are expensive, because they work. You can control outcome with them, and with some omens and recombination you can pull a mirror worth item.

Maybe "some" buffs are in order. But not that much to make them common find and lower their price to oblivion.

(Anyway, if we are going to make them "common", this economy reset is great, because it will not mess up the stockpiles of people who have been farming them for profit)

Bro didn't understand the topic.

And why trade league andys always make everything about profit and economy, when what we are talking about is basic crafting materials people want to use for their primary purpose - crafting - is beyond me.

Bottom right essence nodes aside, you get essences, if you use essence tablets and boss nodes to get more essences on boss maps, using vaal orb before releasing the essence trapped monster, using extra essence waystone, running the essence unique map (dangerous with extra essence on waystone). Also by reforging... OR by running Azak Bog: respawn on checkpoint next to the ritual, move to the other end of the circle and there is often an essence or two. The last thing is usually done before you get to maps, if you need them that bad. You get lots of XP there, anyway. Cheers!

That's too cheezy for a game that should give you something as basic as essences very often given the crazy RNG involved while using them.

Well, the game is balanced around the softcore trade leagues.

HC and SSF are ignored, because they are minority. And it is the player choice they decide to do this to themselves.

In a way, they are not important, because they give almost nothing, as real life currency to the company, compared to the actual player base, that plays the game.

Second, the crafting materials are for crafting indeed.

But not all crafting methods are equally accessible to the player base.
Some crafting methods are expected to remain "beyond" you, just like this topic.

It does not matter what you complain for.

One day you want more essences.
Next day you want more chaos orbs.
The one after more omens...

Some of those will always be common to find, some will be rare, and some you will almost never see.

If we have to listen to your logic, we should open a thread, begging GGG to give us more hinekora locks.

There isn't that much RNG involved.

You can reliably make valuable items. I had success in selling very high physical DPS weapons, lightning damage breach rings, mana breach rings, attribute stacking breach rings, chaos resistance movement speed boots etc.

Sometimes there is 0% chance of not hitting it. You slam it, and you get the mod you want. As long as the tier rolls good, you are getting a profit.

They are rare, because they are very useful.

I am sorry.... What? We HC SSF players do play the actual game. Everything else is Path of Vacation. The soon you realize it, the better.
HC SSF. What else? Ruthless when?

And this is why I clown on trade andys.
