[3.28] Fire Trap of Blasting - tanky, all content

I started the league with this build. It started off rough but got fun quickly. Chunking bosses is fun. Cheers!

When do you suggest is the right time to switch to the Blasting version? I can get up to 65.8% crit chance with 5 power charges currently.

Also, the leveling tree link in your "PoB" section goes to the wrong thing. Please update the link.

Im trying to figure out some setups.

Just switched to low life and im confused. Do I link both petrified blood + precision to arrogance?


Also, somewhere you suggest to use wave of conviction on brand, somewhere else wave is replaced by assassin's mark.

If i try to put assassin's mark on automation doesnt work, since it doesnt have any CD i think. Do you just hardcast it?


Also when do you cut out steelskin for immortal call? With the gloves?


Also, before the final setup you use phase rush, but doesnt it just remove our frenzy charges for some zooming?

It's been a week and I have an update on this. I switched right away to Blasting at about 66% crit chance and it still felt good. I can get about 88% now. After that, I went low life once I got the gloves and a level 3 Enlighten for Skitterbots, Zealotry, and Grace.

Petrified Blood and Precision are both on Arrogance. You level the Precision until you're low life.

For the curse setup, I'm following the one written in the "gem links" section of the guide. Assassin's Mark and the other curses go on Arcanist Brand. I didn't use Wave of Conviction.

I didn't see Immortal Call or Phase Run. Where are you looking?

I tried to make it work, but in terms of damage, it feels like nothing you have been showing in the sample videos.
I cannot see any major difference (despite the +2 extra levels on tinker skin).
Do you have any idea, where I am off und why damage feels so bad?
