Map mods

Map mods look similar to each:
less effect of Curses on Monsters
Monsters are Hexproof

I don't like it.

Also i don't like pairs of mods like Cannot regen/less recovery and Cannot leech/less recovery. They are also look weird on a same map.

they simply block you from doing that map , it is a cheap and stupid idea

It should be like less leech, less regen and etc.
That mods shouldn't be canceling your build. They have to check out your toughness but not break character.

Just because they stop you from doing a map, on your current build, doesnt mean they stop everyone/most people.

There are lots of ways to counter all 3 of those mods, as evidenced by the popularity of running multiple Risk scarabs in atlas strats this league.

More defences and attacks layer you use - more punishing mods maps have for you.
It's ridiculous and fucking irrational. More efforts you put in your build - more you will be fucked up.

Dear, GGG. Just for stopping doing map and playing game at all add some really punishing mods in a game:

Cannot move
Cannot attack and cast
Cannot turn monitor on
Cannot use mouse and keyboard
Cannot open two eyes. Only one eye may be open
Cannot breathe
Cannot be alive. Only deadman can enter a portal






For more interesting gameplay, devs should have to add map mods which can only test a strength of you build. Decent regent, leech, defences, damage, movement speed.
At a gut level, I feel this. But when I think about it I'm not sure what alternative solution we can propose here. What kind of map mods actually add a reasonable difficulty that's interesting and not just easy to ignore because you're king things in one hour two screens away?

Disagree. There are ways to handle all these mods, and there needs to be a varied and tough range of mods to give the map mods pool variety that challenges all builds. Some of the t17 mods may need to be looked at, but the normal map mods are in a good spot. The one I would say is probably the most borderline is conc ground. It is pretty hard to deal with on bosses, but there are counters for it as well, it's just a bit annoying.
