Patch made the game unplayable on base PS5. Sound stutters, game freezes since this patch every 2-3 map. Once that happens, the map is unplayable, since returning to it will result in a freeze/crash. The sound stutter to freeze behavior is consistent over the last few days.

I turned all the volume sliders off and the game doesn’t freeze.
Having dementia now is almost as much fun as I had being a pot head in the 70's. Only difference is that nowadays the weed is better.

The game is dead before this Sound Patch… i cant play more than 2 minutes , the game freeze HORRIBLE !!!

Hopefully, todays update fixes it so a lot of us can play with the sounds all back on. On the Playstation.

GGG patch 08/21/2025, ps4 pro, when the sound is turned on, the game freezes, how to do a 100% freeze, go to Act 5 in the location in front of the city, run to the boss and the game freezes in the middle of the location
