what is the point of block when you have Volatiles Core and Flask Meteor?

ascendancy like Gladiator is so focused on block and they cant even block those thing?

The point is: it’s a don’t get hit mechanic, a simple “walk away” moment that isn’t meant to be tanked.
It honestly baffles me that something this simple, requiring nothing but basic movement is still so hard for some players.
The game clearly shows what’s about to happen… yet people just stand there, take the hit, and then act completely surprised when they’re dead, like it came out of nowhere.

Well some players are juicing their maps so its like 10 rare mobs at once with thousands other monster + your own skill effects too. So you can´t see anything.

I agree that certain abilities from enemies need better visual and audio queues

If you've got flask meteor etc, you should already know to literally never stop moving.

PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

you don't stand still with melee at all, attack move attack move.

Yeah, like whut?

How long are you standing perfectly still attacking while clearing maps? If it's THAT long, your issue is DPS, not the map mods. I attack 3-4 times per screen as melee.

If you play such a build you avoid mentioned mods. It really is that simple.
