Siosa in Library
" You don't get Lilly Roth eventually in your HO, it's guaranteed IF you level at least one char per league up to Act 6. --- Why would i need to have 2 Vendors for skill gems in my HO? Certainly one of em should be enough. You're basically asking for Lilly Roth to appear in Act 3 in your HO, aren't you? relax - it's just ones and zeros!

Siosa isn't alive, though? He's a ghost possessing a painting. It really contradicts lore for him to ever be able to leave the library.
How about, as an infinitely better solution to this problem, GGG simply add a player stash next to the library waypoint? |

" I'd happily take that painting down off the Library wall and hang it in my hideout. I'd even set up some nice bookshelves nearby for Siosa to ponder more recent writings. =^[.]^= =^[.]^= basic (happy/amused) cheetahmoticon: Whiskers/eye/tear-streak/nose/tear-streak/eye/

" Yes exactly, an act 3-6 version of Lilly. The extra gems do not need to be available just the ones the Siosa offers by completing the Library quest. So that these are available to view and buy without taking correct currency to him out in the environment. In line with all the other skill gem rewards that are purchasable from NPC vendors in town or hideout. It doesn't have to be from Siosa himself if the lore doesn't make sense, can be any NPC or other option that improves the QOL. I don't think having a stash in the Library for this purpose makes sense in the game/lore either, but that would also be an improvement. The rest of the skill rewards in the game work well, it is just this one that is difficult to interact with, for no benefit to the game. Particularly when this is by far the largest unlock reward of gems through out the campaign. Having him be able to take payment directly from the stash, which I think is what is originally suggested in the thread is also a fine solution. Going to him isn't that much of a hassle. He is next to a waypoint in a relatively safe place. It is the bringing of random currencies to him for payments because there is not stash access that is the main annoyance.
