I like the campaign, I wouldn't even mind a 3rd difficulty like PoE1 back in beta, it was very Diablo and roguelike to me. Anyway, new acts are coming and a new one is coming next month!

I get what you are saying BUT this is a common pattern across multiple games from the past and current. It probably won't change. I would personally prefer new acts/chapters at higher difficulty instead of repeating the same thing in higher difficulty by FORCE.

I would like to have the option if I do want to replay at higher difficulty.

I'm sure you have played other games where they force you to repeat the same acts/chapters in the past? So this shouldn't be a new thing for you

Sorry, should have made myself more clear...what I was trying to say is, in poe1 there is/was normal, cruel and merciless...poe2 is going to be the same where you'll have to run each one 3 times before reaching the end game.

No. The final game release of PoE 2 will have 6 acts. There will be no repeating as we have now, and certainly not the normal/cruel/merciless that PoE 1 used to have.

Yeah I skipped 0.2 and doing that whole campaign and the trials again in shit gear isn't exactly hyping me up.

I don't think this works longterm rn nor will it bring in more players compared to POE 1
