The whole game is gambling, even if you dont engage in any of the things you listed.
Killing mobs for loot = pulling the slot machine handle and seeing what pops out. If you dont worship rn-jesus, dont play “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”

" This is very solid advice for most people. Unless you are in the to .002% of players, you will not pull off mirror-tier crafting. They have the resources and earning power to afford playing RNG tag with 500 div bases. Yes, getting that top bow in a league WILL be a license to print mirrors. But the people pulling that off have a massive support structure behind them. You can make a fun, smooth running character than can clear most pinnacle content simply by selling what Pizzarugi listed TO those .002%. Aspirational content is good, but understand your actual odds, and know the relative limitations of your support. |

i only do a few crafts every league but those are 100% success crafts after you hit alt+aug+regal and depending on the craft annul (for 2 mod rares etc)
the remaining mods are done with Suffix/preffix blocking + harvest augment/influence exalted orbs another option are eldritch chaos/annul/exalted and beastcrafting these are normaly not mirror tier items but they get you like 90% of the power,which means more than enough power to totaly destroy uber pinnacle bosses |
