This seems really juicy for 3.27, but the bit from the bug fixes seems like a huge problem:
- Fixed a bug where Dark Pact was not correctly sacrificing life. It will no longer kill skeletons it sacrifices on, and will only grant damage for the portion actually sacrificed.
Won't that mean you'd have to constantly re-summon skellies, adding a ton of clunk?
I am actually constantly re-summon skellies even before this, this build has a lot of cast speed, which makes resummoning pretty smooth. I think this bug fixing wont affect the build too much.
The damage before is already decent, 70% dps buffed is insane :D

Absolutely if you are not looking for maximum efficiency, none of the item used is mandatory. The buff to Dark Pact in 3.27 makes it even more friendly to league start.

I think this is a big issue for skele DP. Since DP can't kill skeleton and deals no damage when you DP on them, you need to replace the 1 life skeleton by resummon 2-3 times. That's super cluncky compare to before imo.

I think it's not the same situation. In before you only need to resummon skele if there is less than 3-4 skele alive. But after this change, if there is even one 1 hp skele, you'll have to resummon 2-3 times to replace it or you just losing damage when DP chains to it.

I still don't think it matters outside of Uber boss. For Uber, just need to summon twice before casting DP

Thanks for the build! Are you expecting to update the PoB for 3.27 at all or will it mostly be the same thing going forward?
Only ask because things like the new runegraft for +1 chainsare being added, and also the bloodline ascendancy for spell damage/global defences seem at least competetive for the ascendancy points.

I will try to update as much as I can when 3.27 POB is out, but there is chances that I will miss out the new things in 3.27 just because I am not aware, feel free to improvise and feedback :)
As for bloodlines, I personally think Occultist node is still better, because the bloodlines node is kinda conditional.
