"You need to restart to apply a new patch" Message

Hi, I've been experiencing an issue after the last patch which is 3.26.0d which is sometimes when I lauch the game (I'm playing on steam client) it tells me that there's a new patch and I need to restart the game to update, first I've restarted the game several times but the steam's only verifing the game's directory without updating anything (I've already installed the update once it got released) this process takes about 10 mins to finish then I can launch the game normally, this often happens after I close the game and then re-open it later, I've discovered a work-around which is just by trying to login many times it'll eventually get me into the game without the need of restarting it, but once I close the game, and try to open it later, it'll automatically start the verifing process and it'll slow me down before I can enter the game again.
I can include my pc specs, everything you need to know.

Can confirm that I also have this issue. It only began after the 3.26.0d Patch (for me, at least).

I think this might affect a specific gateway during specific times. I had this error pop up today when trying to log in through Milan gateway. When I selected other EU gateway, it worked fine. After few minutes this disappeared and Milan was accessible too. Maybe ddos related?

I think this issue is within Milan Servers yes, I'm also on Milan.
