Connection issues - Latency ramping

Strange issue where I can be in the instance with another player, they have no problems in the instance but I can't move and my latency just ramps up. Sometimes if im able to leave the instances and re-enter it helps, but rarely. Changing gateways from DC/Cali/TX/Canada has no impact. Figured it could be the routing.

Are you doing a winMTR to the instance server or login server? I've been trying both and I've seen the single digit packet loss you shared only on the login server. My issue is the game runs perfectly, switch zones, 0ms on the loading screen, then huge latency spikes as I move around. I'm also on FIOS, and in the Philadelphia region so it seems like we might be experiencing something very similar.

I believe to the instnace, I followed the WinMTR guide here and pulled the IP from the most recent connection after the latest incident.

My spouse and I are also in the Philadelphia area and on FIOS and have been having the same issue. It is really putting a damper on the league

Go birds! It's nice to see that I'm not the only one having what felt like a specific issue compared to the more widely reported rollbacks and stuff. Has anyone had any luck reaching out to FIOS regarding this? I wonder if they'd be able to get a better sense of the routing issue as it does feel regional for sure, based on our reports/all the forum posts I've looked through so far lol. If anyone has any updates or finds solutions, feel free to message me on Reddit if you're on there. iano331 (letter o not 0), but again I appreciate reading that I'm not alone in this issue lol. Hope they can get it sorted as the league has been a lot of fun, just with a lot more relogging and alt-f4s than I'd want.
