Bugged Chest in Standard!

Bumping this thread again.

This chest still exists, and has severely warped the Standard meta.

The chest is now being mirror serviced by TFT, so it will become even more rampant.

With the introduction of Foulborn Choir of the Storm, you can now stack insane amounts of mana by using Chieftain's Tasalio, Cleansing Water, granting you over 13,000+ lightning and cold resistance in addition to the 25,000 fire resistance from the chest. From there, the rest of the game and all content are trivialized.

Please address this issue that players have been reporting via email to support for a very long time.

Either fix this modifier back to its original roll range or delete the items completely. Players investing in them know they are bugged.

You have taken a stance in the past on bugged items (i.e 6 link bug) by fixing them in a patch very quickly, but for some reason this chest with a bugged modifier has evaded all reports by players.
